1962 Mercury Aurora 7 is launched with M Scott Carpenter. It makes 3 orbits before returning to Earth.

Happy Cinco de Mayo folks. Today we celebrate the day the Titanic went down, causing thousands of cases of Mayo to be lost. Mexico was going to be the next stop after New York, but of course, it never made it. That's why Mayo does not have a strong base in Mexico as a condiment. Happy Cinco de Mayo. Hehe.
